To reinforce our team in Bremen- Germany we are looking for a
LOAD ENGINEER (m/f)
You are an engineer with a degree from a technical university with focus on mechanical and dynamic systems.
First experience in onshore or offshore wind energy is complimented by basic knowledge in the use of numerical applications (e.g. FEM or analytical analysis). Basic knowledge of dynamic systems and aerodynamics rounds off your profile.
You will use your expertise in the approval of design load calculations for onshore and offshore wind turbines. Further you will support our team for the certification of control and safety systems, state of art and innovative wind turbine designs. Aero-elastic calculations, structural dynamics, basics of vibration and dynamic controls will be the main technical aspects of the job.
You should have at least three years of experience in the area of wind turbine load calculations or in the field of FEA.
You are fluent in English and you can handle MS Office applications. Experience in commercialized numerical simulation tools is desirable.
You should have experience with the Software Flex5 or M.SC ADAMS and experience with the use of the common Guidelines (DNVGL, IEC) for wind turbines.
