Our Engineering Team establishes and conducts test programs for product investigations and prepares reports for our clients by analyzing the project scope and determining the project specifications. We are internationally recognized at working on technical problems of diverse purposes and obtaining solutions. We demonstrate good judgment and adhere to work processes, procedures and global standards because we are not only evaluators but we have a passion for what we do.


Responsible things you get to do:

  • Establish test programs, examine samples, coordinate laboratory activities for projects by developing data sheets and providing instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians
  • Discuss with your clients technical issues, explain procedures and requirements and negotiate completion date and sample requirements
  • Work with oversea technical experts on complex products and standard interpretation.
  • Communicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports. Prepares Follow-Up Service Procedures and information pages.
  • Product Verification and Compliance for Batteries Products on the most recent standards, like UL1973, UL1989, UL2271, UL2580, UN38.3, IEC62619 and others.
  • In individual cases, conduct testing in internal and external laboratories


We are looking for:

  • Equivalent to a Bachelor University degree in technical, Electrical Engineering/Engineering Technology or Degree as a state-certified Technician with a comparable discipline
  • Relevant experience in medium and large Battery Systems Engineering
  • At least 4 years relevant experience either directly in or strong exposure to Testing and Certification business
  • At least 4 years relevant experience in medium and large Battery Systems Engineering
  • Working knowledge of appropriate installation codes, standards or guidelines
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply engineering concepts in areas of expertise, including application to complex, new, or unusual products.
  • A team player who is able to multi-task, with strong sense of customer focus and high motivation
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
  • Travel within Europe as needed to support business and technical development up to 30%
