     To build up our European sales team we are looking for:

     

     

    Sales Professional @ UL Environmental

    with fluent German language skills

     

    Your challenge: grow and develop our B2B market

    As Sales Professional, you sell our services and facilitate testing, certification, verification, training and audits in dedicated territory. Being responsible for the territory in the European B2B market, you play a key role in identifying and developing new customer sales as well as managing customer satisfaction. To do so, you spend about 70% of your time meeting with clients. Hence, your job will be to:

    • Prospect new business
    • Upsell current customers and build territory
    • Generate added value to our clients by cross-selling UL services, contribute to market information and market intelligence in regards to market share details, business/product development opportunities, competitors or industry trends
    • Prepare and deliver customer quotes
    • Complete sales reports and keep our CRM database updated accordingly.
    • You will be part of the European Sales Team and will collaborate with colleagues across many countries.
    • You will be physically located in Italy but expected to travel extensively in Europe. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working independently and are prepared to structure your daily work tasks.
    • Work independently in an international team.

     We are looking for: 

     

    • Fluent German language skills
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field
    • 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, proven track record of sales success and client relationship development
    • Working knowledge and current use of CRM
    • Tenacious, assertive, strong organizational skills and a hunter mentality
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills as well as leadership and effective teambuilding abilities
    • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service to clients and have demonstrated ability in handling complex customer issues
    • Should be able to communicate professionally with and work effectively within a multi-cultural workforce serving a diverse customer base
    • The ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities and meet unexpected deadlines contribute to the success of the individual in this role
    •  Readiness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
